Challenges of running a club - overview

A person has been active in a particular sport and wants to share their experience and passion with other people.
They get a few people to sign up, organize training sessions and start practicing in a gym or park. What now? Running a club is more than just a few training sessions per week. It’s a lot of work that can be boring, complicated and downright frustrating.
